Wage Stagnation

Wage stagnation is a problem for everybody, including recent college graduates.


"Wage stagnation" is the term used to describe the situation many workers find themselves in - no real change in their earning power over significant periods of time.
This is like getting stuck on the first rung of the ladder, unable to climb any higher.

What's the answer? Maybe raising minimums is the right move, it seems to be working in some areas.
