Even worse this time b/c JK is able to swindle Nick AND CN at the same time. Nick is to Dreamworks what Disney TV Animation was to Disney Feature - a dumping ground to promote more important real estate upstream. Worse though, b/c Nick is an entirely different conglomerate. CN isn't enough on the radar for anyone to give a crap except the execs who are more than happy to help JK clean his bathroom while Nick cleans his office. It all adds up to the same thing in the end - bad TV. Not the same place that created SBob for that brief period before the movie. Not even close.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22906998.post-24914523859808418882010-11-01T10:27:27.176-07:002010-11-01T10:27:27.176-07:00Go watch Disney's animated shows (if you dare)...Go watch Disney's animated shows (if you dare), then come back and criticize the Nick shows.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22906998.post-72108991762458003332010-10-31T09:32:29.887-07:002010-10-31T09:32:29.887-07:00If you check the ratings, Disney still owns Nick w...If you check the ratings, Disney still owns Nick when it comes to older kids, tweens and teens. And as for Nick's stalwart Spongebob, lousy scripting is killing both it AND its titular character. Spongebob has become an annoying dumbass instead of a sweet, naive bumbler. I wonder if Zhargami has any clue about the show's slide into mediocrity. The article doesn't indicate that she does, PLUS she points to the crappy Fanboy and Chum Chum as if it's a bright spot. Frankly, I think she's been damn lucky, rather than savvy, when it comes to Nick's success. If junk like Tuff Puppy is any indication, that luck is starting to run out...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22906998.post-43830558348526813022010-10-31T03:57:03.309-07:002010-10-31T03:57:03.309-07:00That's good to know.
