Journalists at the Los Angeles Times have overwhelmingly elected to form a union, voting 248 to 44 to be represented by the NewsGuild Communication Workers of America.

The Animation Guild is seeking an administrative assistant.

Administrative assistants provide administrative services in support of the Animation Guild membership and staff to accomplish the organization’s goals.

Based in Burbank, CA, the Animation Guild is Local 839 of the IATSE, and is a 501(c)(5) non-profit. Local 839 represents over 4,000 Los Angeles animation artists, technicians and writers in the entertainment industry.
