Futurama
This story about the other Matt Groenig animated series coming back to life reminds me of something I forgot to post...
Rough Draft Studios in Glendale, which did the pre-production work on the other 72 episodes of "Futurama," will be laboring on the new 13-episode order.
Production work, I'm told, commences in August. It's going to be somewhat crowded at Rough Draft, what with large chunks of "The Simpsons" movie going on there at the same time. Not to mention the other odds and ends they are doing.
Television animation work continues to bubble merrily in Los Angeles County.
