Based on the cat in the lower right hand corner, I'd say this is a Mintz Krazy Kat, not a Felix. There is the hint of a bow around the neck and the ears are much closer together on Krazy than on Felix.
I agree. That cat looks much more like Krazy than Felix.
Damn. All those 1920s cartoon felines look soooo much alike.
