Contenders For Little Gold Men

The trades think these three could be Oscar-worthy.

Then, of course, there are the cartoons still to hit the AMC. Who among us is ready to write off Penguins of Madagascar and Big Hero 6? Aren't they Oscar worthy?

also has "Song of the Sea" on their top five list . "Song of the Sea" is hand drawn animation (albeit , drawn with Cintiqs in a program called TVPaint ).

At number 6 they've got another hand drawn feature, Studio Ghibli's "The Tale of Princess Kaguya" .

Numerous reviewers have mentioned "Song of the Sea" and "The Tale of Princess Kaguya" as Oscar contenders .
