I didn't see the Eisner cable show, but I think the L.A. TIMES article throws light on Eisner's and Iger's respective characters. I've got to say, Iger has seemed pretty dynamic to me since I saw him at the Disney stockholders' meeting.
He's not afraid to throw the long ball...

Rule number one of doing a good interview -- let your subject do the talking. It's clear Eisner's more concerned with his legacy than with doing a good interview show. Not that his ego would ever anything different.
