Some of the Class of 3000 crew is working on a Christmas Special (I got to see some Dan Haskett pencil animation combined with flash ... looked good.) ...
A small group was celebrating Chowder's successful premiere as the flyer/press release said:
Almost 4 million different viewers ... tuned into at least one of the four plays of "Chowder" Friday night ... The 8 p.m. premiere episode was the highest rated program of the day on Cartoon Network with K6-11 with a 4.3 rating and a delivery of 895,000. This was glad tidings for me. I haven't seen the show, but anytime animation does well, I'm happy about it. We're a market-driven industry, and we want all the market oomph we can get.
