DreamWorks ... terminated its relationship with Aardman, Park's Bristol-based film production company ... in 2007 after the disappointing box-office performance of Flushed Away (2006) ... Aardman subsequently signed a three-year deal with Sony Pictures Entertainment, claiming it intended to double its feature output to one film every 18 months – but so far there's no sign of anything in the pipeline ...
Aardman has been pretty inactive since parting company with DreamWorks. A Matter of Loaf and Death is its first major production since Flushed Away ...
It's nice to see Aardman out with product again. The more animated work being done the better, as far as I'm concerned. Now let's see them kick up their feature releases.

More accurately: Aardman terminated their relationship with Dreamworks, not the other way around.
Nick Park found out that no matter how much he poured into his films, Katzenberg will change them into his own and that didn't sit well with Mr Park.
nd it shouldn't. He has FOUR Academy Awards. Enough to build a table and much more than Jeffrey Katzenberg or anyone working for him.

Uh, IMDB for "truth"? I have a friend who has a couple of feature directing credits, (that aren't his), because of a misplaced vowel. The truth is out there, just gonna have to look a little harder...like having a conversation with a real person.

they did produced a few TV series as Shaun the sheep , Creature comfort and Chop Socky Chooks ;and a rather nice short movie "The Pearce Sisters"; that's not being inactive to my point of view ...
