Gallery 839 -- Christmas in September

We've put up the first show in TAG's gallery -- Christmas card designs spanning four decades by this long-time Disney background artist.

Why Christmas card art? Because it's colorful and varied, because it's done in a variety of media ...

... and because one of the staffers had a lot or original artwork, the reproductions of which now become part of the Animation Guild's permanent collection.

If you're in the neighborhood, feel free to drop by and view it.

Fantastic. How long will they be up? Hopefully through the holidays!

Who do we speak with at the Union regarding showings of personal artwork? Thanks for giving artists' the opportunity to show their work to the rest of the community.

The TAG executive board is currently working out a policy for gallery use, and also starting to set up a schedule of some events. I expect we'll be announcing the policy for the gallery fairly. I glad you're excited about putting our new building to good use. So am I!
