John Sibley (right), one of the great Goofy animators, known by some as "the tenth old man". Leroy was his assistant at the time. (Note the chair in which Mr. Sibley sits. This was one of the custom pieces of furniture designed for the old Burbank animation building at its creation in 1939.)
