Last Spring I put up a Hulett painting of L.A.'s Chinatown, circa late 1940s.
Today, you get a Hulett of San Francisco's Chinatown, also from the late '40s. Frankly, I like the L.A. piece better (the original sold two months ago for $5,000. Sadly, I wasn't the owner.) Nevertheless, you get both paintings, and you can make up your own mind which is best.

You're right, the LA one is sweeter. Is that one still in the family?
Nope. It was owned by a longtime family friend who sold it for eating money.
