Starting today (and running through New Year's Day), we continue our annual tradition of sharing Ralph Hulett Christmas cards. There is a show of Hulett's work at the art gallery at TAG's new headquarters; drop by during our office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5).
This season's posts comprise the bulk of Hulett's 1955 and 1961 catalogues for the California Artists greeting card company, complete with their original titles and the (occasionally kitschy) catalogue captions.
Your favorite butler, Cheerio, bows graciously at your threshold and extends a hospitable holiday greeting to your friends.

Whatever you do....DON'T miss the gallery show of Ralph Hulett's work.
It is nothing short of incredible.
I myself have already spent a LOT of time in there and plan to spend a LOT more time in there before it is gone!!
Yes! The Gallery Show is phenomenal. Thanks to Steve Hulett for graciously sharing these.
Tis the season! What a great holiday tradition, Steve.
I just love your Dad's artwork, Steve. Thanks so much for posting his Christmas illustrations each year. It's great to study his technique with gouache - so charming!
