Ah ha. Here's the title for the Kung Fu Panda holiday special I saw the other day:

The move continues a relationship between the companies that started last year with the specials "Monsters vs. Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins From Outer Space" and "Merry Madagascar."
NBC will air the Halloween-themed "Shrekless" on Oct. 28, partnering it with a re-airing of "Mutant Pumpkins." "Panda" will air Nov. 24, paired with an encore of "Merry Madagascar." ...
Kung Fu Panda Holiday Special. No wonder nobody could tell me the title.
Both of these half-hours were created at the Glendale and PDI campuses*. No overseas animation, so far as I know. (That's reserved for the series episodes, where the animation is Indian and the animal fur has a velveteen look.

NBC will also rebroadcast DreamWorks Animation's hit holiday special, "Monsters vs. Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins from Outer Space" on Saturday, October 30 from 8:30 to 9:00 p.m. ET and "Merry Madagascar" twice: Wednesday, November 24 from 8:00 to 8:30 p.m. ET and Saturday, December 4 from 8:00 to 8:30 p.m. ET. ...
So there's going to be two hours of DreamWorks Animation specials in the next few months.
* Yet another of my corrections. I was told the KFP special was done in the U.S. of A. I made the assumption the Shrek special was done stateside. Whoops.
