I loved working with Dan, a real sweetheart of a guy!
I'll leave my respects here. RIP Dan Mills, you were a consumate gentleman to see anytime we met.
I've thought about you more than anyone would know.
One of the kindest men in the business. I worked in a cube next to Dan for many years at Filmation. With a smile and a good heart he did what he loved. May God rest his soul.
Very sad to hear this. Dan was one of the good ones.
He also worked at Turner Feature Animation (which was technically H-B at the time, I guess), on 'Cats Don't Dance.'
In a business filled with its fair share of jerks, Dan was always one of the good guys. We worked together at Disney way back in 1956. There was no one better to work with. Thanks, Dan.
