Ralph certainly must have experienced this personally to bring out the beauty in this scene, as there is something wondrous in the morning after a new fallen snow. I've also enjoyed looking at the boughs of fir trees weighed down heavily by the fresh, rounded mass of snow, as the wind gradually relieves them of their burden, blowing off layers of snowflakes that glisten in the sun. Another gorgeous and poetic work of art by Mr. Hulett!
