I'll be surprised if SB the Movie pops through $41 million.
And sure enough, today:
“SpongeBob” led the way on Friday with an opening day of nearly $9 million, including $560,000 from Thursday night. The [feature] ... opens 11 years after “The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie” grossed more than $130 million worldwide.
