CGI vs. Hand-Drawn at Weekend Box Office

We hear a lot from studios how CGI animated features are the kind of animation that theater-goers want to see...and how the hand-drawn variety is old-hat, a thing of the past, yesterday's news, etc... Look at "Curious George," then look at "Doogal" (the picture on which Jon Stewart, host of Sunday's Oscar-cast and the voice of "Doogal's" villain, did some very funny shtick on "Larry King Live" last Monday night).
