It focuses on labor struggles in the 'toon biz going back to Steamboat Willie. I know Tom has been working on this book a long time -- I've seen him toting chapters around to work on at lunch since he was at Warner Bros. -- and it should be a dandy.
It's out around October. Watch for it.

Thanks to Tom Sito for a book every animation artist should read.
The old timers use to tell me it's wise to know your history. Today many young artists live in fantasy land and don't even know it.
