That is SO 5 minutes ago.
What over seas studio did that? Is that the reason for the sud-titles?
What odd comments. It's a brilliant piece. Well done.
Yes, it's brilliant. The thing is all the material is lifted from Disney cartoons and this project would be NOTHING without it. The "remixer" is good at editing, but ultimately is just a user and a parasite. He claims "fair use", but it is unfair use! Disney will surely sue!
Really? And did you feel the same way about "The Thief and the Cobbler Recobbled"?
No-- that was just an over-rated cartoon Dick Williams lost sight of. What a shame he didn't have the nerve to finish it.
Parody is fair use.
And traditionally, any cites of Disney clipping and fair-use definition just counts down to the moment when somebody's going to repost http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJn_jC4FNDo :)
(Which, as it turns out, includes parody.)
"Parody is fair use."
Nah. The parody concept works in cases like when Saturday Night Live makes fun of people using actors. Or how Mad magazine does it with original drawings. This guy swiped all his material.
You should look up the copyright laws about what is actually declared fair use. I don't think it is even close. But it will be up to the courts to decide.

You are absolutely correct. It is a form of 'sampling' and those that will tout THIS bit highly are the same folk that would tout how unfair 'sampling' is to the original creators who really get nothing for the actual work.
Case in point? Well..here we see it so loudly applauded by the very UNION that looks after our 'well being' as animation creators.
A lil skit that has animation from the very people that walked the union lines in the 40's.
Kinda...sad, isn't it?
Comon union rep. I'm surprised you didn't see this.
How ironic that the Nazi party (an ultra right wing party) used scare tactics as well to get votes in 1932,including the chancelorship for Hitler.
History does indeed repeat itself.
wtf
Good spotlight on Beck's sophistry.
