2) The Help -- $2,672,000
6) Rise of Apes -- $1,100,000
14) The Smurfs -- $350,000
The Smurfs is now Sony Pictures Animation's biggest hit, surpassing Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs by a comfortable margin. Domestically it has rolled up a gross of $134.5 million, and peformed even more strongly overseas.
