The word is that the Animation Guild is still slated to negotiate with the Producers in middle April ....
The labor telegraph also has it that the IA-AMPTP talks over the Basic Agreement could well be resarted sometime in April.
Guess we'll see.

"No strike" clause I'm guessing still in the agreement?
"No Strike/No Lockout" clauses are in EVERY agreement in Hollywood. Ours is no exception.
Even if there wasn't a no-strike clause (which only says there can be no lockout or strike in the middle of a contract) what would you do? Go on strike now?
Of course not. We don't have a no-strike clause problem, we have a no-show problem when it comes to membership meetings.
