It's always nice when series are picked up ...
Cartoon Network has ordered new seasons of Monday night ‘toons "Adventure Time", "Regular Show" and "MAD", the network announced Monday. ...
And it's particularly nice for the artists working on those series.
(Adventure Time began life as a Nickelodeon short created by Fred Siebert's Frederator. Good to see that it's taken off.)

You failed to publish Pendleton Ward's name in your post. The other guy you published is pleased his marketing is so effective. Is there a media conglomerate that he doesn't market his name to?
I think poster no. 1 is missing the point. Steve wasn't giving out an academy award, just sharing good news on behalf of the staff of the show.
The point about Siebert was not that he deserves more acknowledgment than Pendleton, but that the show was sold through an open pitch program, which is also good news for us ordinary mortals who, like Ward might have at least one brilliant idea we want to sell.
Ward and Quintel convinced their benefactors to keep their crews hired for another year. Ferd Seiburt is the shorts program person.
I wasn't trying to slight anybody, just throw up a quick post regarding good news off the top of my head.
Sorry if anyone was offended.
