The TAG negotiation committee made concessions to DWA in the recently completed negotiations because (as the company said) "We don't get some breathing room, we'll have to send work away. And we don't want to have to do that."
This must not count as "away work."

Does make me wonder how much creative control may the Chinese studio have in the end.
So a major animation studio is going back on something they said in order to secure a favorable contract with the union? I'm shocked! SHOCKED I tell you!
