When Don graduated from art school, one of his teachers suggested that he call Disney, but Mr. Jurwich never applied to the studio for a job. After listening to the interview posted here, you'll understand why. (And kudos for the Mouse House for its honesty.)

I had the pleasure of working for Don back in animation's olden days. He was always a good boss and a good friend. They don't make 'em like that anymore.
I suppose what Don was trying to remember from George of the Jungle was Tom Slick and Super Chicken, the two other segments of the show.
Although he didn't say too much about it, Don said his movie was a "hard R", the film didn't necessarily get a rating, though I assume it was probably labeled "X" anyway by some theaters at the time. It was certainly an interesting time to be in animation if you were doing this sort of thing instead of the usual Saturday morning grind.
