Stateside, the bear has earned $143,343,000, meaning it's now made north of $423 million on a worldwide basis.

Soon it would be a 500 million $ flop.
It is a lovely film--better than the first. It's marketing was botched, but with DVD and TV sales, plus merchandising, it'll still turn a nice profit.
I saw it the other day and thought it was better than the first one. Hope they release another sequel (I can't believe I'm saying this!)
